Space Shuttle Enterprise Reaches Its Final Destination
It has been in the news today that the Space Shuttle Enterprise made its way to New York in its final trip ever. A few years back I had blogged about the photo taken of the Star Trek actors with Gene Roddenberry in front of the shuttle.
In a bittersweet greeting, Leonard Nimoy met the Enterprise on its final trek.
What more can I say, time really does fly, it seems just like yesterday the shuttles started their expeditions!

Aw, too bad its final destination is terrestrial
It is a shame it could not go to a space station, get fixed up, and keep on flying!
The Modern Day Depression doesn´t forgive anybody/anything, not even the Enterprise! At least the powers that be got it a permanent home on earth and not a tent some where on space
True, and there will be a price of admission to maintain its home, we’ve all got to make a living, lol.
